In the deep forest of Viet Bac, despite being busy with hundreds of thousands of jobs, dear Uncle Ho always gives the most affectionate feelings to teenagers and children. In August 1947, after receiving letters, songs and music from the children at Children's Art Camp I, President Ho Chi Minh wrote a letter to the children. We call it "Special Letter" because the letter is typed directly behind the photo (black and white, size 9x12cm) of President Ho Chi Minh, taken by photographer Vu Nang An in Hanoi during the past few years. the first day of the August Revolution, 1945; second, through looking up documents, books, especially books  Ho Chi Minh - Biography Chronicle,  volume 4 (1946 - 1950), Publishing House. National Politics, Hanoi in 2006 and  Ho Chi Minh's book - Complete Volume, volume 5 (1947 - 1948), Publishing House. National Politics - Truth, Hanoi in 2011, we have not seen this letter introduced, but only Uncle Ho's letter to Art Children's Camp I in August 1948.

The letter is short and concise, consisting of 7 lines, typed in purple ink, on ivory-yellow paper of size 9x12cm. Above and to the left of the letter was the letter “I/” handwritten in blue and black ink. The letter "I/", means to add that the Art Children's Camp I.

The bottom of the letter (7 lines) is the signature of President Ho Chi Minh in purple ink and the square seal with red Chinese characters (President Ho Chi Minh).
The content of the letter, we would like to quote verbatim:
"Dear Art children,
Uncle wishes you all good health,
and hopes that you always strive to make progress forever.
Uncle kisses the children.

The bottom of the letter, on the left margin, was affixed with a rectangular label (horizontal paper, size 2.2 x 3.7cm) with the words typed in purple ink “BTTUSo.I856 Vu.N .thuat".
On the right, there is a line of numbers and letters "2618BTTW"
